Beautiful relaxing music ideal for meditation or as an aid to sleeping. It certainly works for me!
I would love to say that the Seraphim Garden CD is totally wonderful, but I have never managed to hear it from start to finish as I keep falling asleep!
The last time I listened to it, I closed my eyes and within moments of the music starting, I relaxed and saw a white light in the outer corner of my right eye, that faded after a few minutes. I then fell asleep (yet again)
I do wake up feeling like I've had a good rest though!
This music is excellent to meditate to or simply relax in to sleep. Thank you Nicky
