It was a beautiful meditation and felt like I was there , I got the word Juniper really strong , which I looked up after the meditation . It helps with inflammation which I have been feeling in my body for a little while

Because I am going through a significant health challenge at present, I felt that I needed to access this particular meditation as needed and to support my healing journey. In addition to feeling tingling and energy moving through my body, I feel comforted, hopeful, and positive after listening to this meditation. I have fallen asleep while listening but I feel I am still receiving the benefit. The images and experiences that I am guided to are powerful and I feel like I am wholly present there
